Over a decade ago, Jefferies Inc. first opened its doors in 2007. The business was inspired by a hope to pave the way on how an HVAC company should be operated. Our passion for our work starts from the top with our founder, Russ Jefferies. We take the utmost pride in every job we do and are dedicated to serving our customers and community with the highest level of support.

Building Relationships is More than Customer Service

Building personal relationships with our customers have built the business foundation we currently have today. We started with one customer over 10 years ago, meeting over a cup of coffee and a conversation. We continue the tradition of individualized interactions, face to face conversations and a handshake today. Our loyal customers have contributed to the growth of this company by referring their friends, families, neighbors, business partners, and other business owners. They trust us to the fullest extent, knowing their referrals will be taken care of with honesty and integrity. About the Owner

Russ Jefferies is a fourth generation native from the Denver Metro Area with over 20 years of experience in HVAC. He started in the heating and air conditioning field back in 1992, with an entry level position. During this time, he attended evening classes at Red Rocks Community College until he completed his degree in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. Russ has worked with several large residential and commercial companies here in Denver before starting Jefferies Inc. in 2007. Through honesty, quality, competence, integrity and commitment to his customers, Russ has been able to grow this business to where it is today. He aims to build these qualities in every employee and to continue expanding the great reputation that he started. Russ’ true passion is to take care of the customers through building long term, personal relationships, and to resolve their concerns by providing the best solutions possible.
